Jordan Rees, Chief Executive Officer

Jordan Rees is our C.E.O and driving force of customer satisfaction and growth. Combining a mix business strategy with professional leadership and development. Jordan works with business owners and General Managers like you to help build your teams, and help discover the hidden talent in our industry. Whether you are a big dealer group, or a family run operation, Jordan will assist in determining and finding the right fit to help increase your business.

Jordan brings more than 10 years of management experience in the automotive industry. Before joining auto careers group, Jordan started his career in the industry at the Canadian Automotive Institute (C.A.I.) at Georgian College, and has experience at a corporate head office with a luxury brand in Sales and Distribution. Jordan then went on to retail where he spent five years in Sales Management and F&I. Jordan joined auto careers group as an automotive recruitment specialist and later became a partner in the new West Coast Operations, overseeing Calgary and Vancouver which service Winnipeg West to Vancouver and North to the Yukon and Territories. In 2015, Jordan was named Chief Executive Officer to oversee Canada and the expansion throughout the USA. With Jordan’s focus on building relationships, and ensuring each client receives our top service every time, he and his teams are sure to be a valuable asset to your recruitment needs.

Paul Brosnan, RPA, Chief Financial Officer

Armed with a business and finance management degree and holding the RPA designation, Paul entered the business world in a sales and operations role in retail and quickly climbed the ranks to a Director in the healthcare sector. Paul has a proven track record of attaining corporate mandates, managing projects and leading the day to day financial management of many successful companies. During his tenure, Paul has managed budgets up to $200M and has worked alongside company CFOs on mergers and acquisitions across Canada and the U.S.

Specialties: Financial analysis and tax planning, business valuations, interpretation and preparation of financial reports, budgets and proposals, strategic planning to improve operations, improving revenues and reducing expenses in order to meet or exceed budget and grow the business.

Daniel1

Daniel Palmer, Chief Marketing Officer

Daniel has 20 years’ experience within the Global Automotive industry, beginning his career in Automotive Marketing and working for some of the world’s largest marketing agencies. Later he made the transition to OEM’s, including Jaguar Land Rover and Nissan Motor GB where he was the National Dealer Marketing Manager. After moving to the US and joining ASE Americas in 2006, Daniel’s focus turned to business operations, specifically focusing on product development and client delivery, where he drove ASE’s NA business expansion, leading the “Profit By Action” product development and delivery teams. Daniel now turns his focus back to a more traditional marketing role as CMO of Dealer Solutions Group where he will support the Group’s M&A, Recruitment and Pre-Employment Screening businesses.

Jessi Kessel, Director of Operations

Jessi has 15 years of Automotive experience both working in a dealership as well as for vendors. She has held roles such as Sales Representative, Account Manager, Sales & Marketing Executive and more recently has been operating her own Marketing Agency for dealerships since 2016. Throughout her career, she has always helped companies grow and develop new business. Jessi has a track record for increasing revenue through developing great relationships and providing value to others.

Jessi is now acting as Director of Operations for Auto Careers Group bringing with her a wealth of Automotive experience in Sales, Marketing, Social Media and her love for helping people in the Auto industry. She is also a big advocate for women in automotive and hopes to support other women and men in the industry to attain their ideal jobs and ultimately live happier lives. Besides work, she is a loving wife and mom of two little kids, Emily & Jordan, and her dog Bailey.

Cindy Riddell, Account Manager

Cindy is a graduate of Marketing, with over 25 years of diverse experience in Business and Digital Marketing in the Auto industry.  Having worked for Kijiji Autos she quickly become the number one Dealer Account Manager month after month due to her positive and personable nature.  As an Account Manager at ACG she works passionately with people; connecting good people with good companies. Cindy enjoys keeping an active pipeline of opportunities to ensure candidates attain successful careers.

She enjoys working on building relationships and communicating consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed.

Cindy enjoys the outdoors, spending time with her family skiing in the winter and boating in the summer.

Wes

Wesley Ramirez, Account Manager

Wes has 20 years of Automotive experience, completing the Acura Honda Apprenticeship Program (AHAP) through Centennial College and working in dealerships including Honda, Hyundai and BMW. Over the years, he has held roles as Service Advisor, Tower Operator, Assistant Service Manager and Service Manager. Having worked in the service department for many years has helped Wes to demonstrate exemplary customer service, acquire new business and build long-lasting relationships.

Wes is now acting as Account Manager for Auto Careers Group bringing vast Automotive service expertise as well as experience in customer service. His passion for the industry shines through in everything he does. Outside of work, Wes is a loving dad of two kids, Madelyn and Beni and he’s an avid fan of the Toronto Raptors, Toronto Maple Leafs, Formula 1 racing and MotoGP.

Lorelei

Lorelei Krier, Account Manager

Lorelei has over 25 years of experience in the Automotive Industry ranging from Account Management for large Insurance companies to retail experience as a Financial Services Manager. She started her career in the automotive lending side with BMO in Calgary and after a year, was transferred to the West Coast where she has never looked back.

Throughout her career, she has always loved the interaction with her peers and has proven herself to be self-motivated, confident, and an articulate sales executive with the ability to pioneer the development of start-up operations, maximize revenue generating opportunities, and deliver best-in-class staff training to ensure optimal productivity. She is an effective communicator, listener, and negotiator with expertise in identifying sales opportunities and securing lucrative multi-year contracts.

She has always had a keen interest in assisting in the development of talented individuals to ensure the success of the industry she has loved for so long.

When Lorelei isn’t working, she is probably enjoying time with her family and friends.

Angelaa Kirubaharan, Administrative Assistant

Angelaa is a recent graduate with a degree in Commerce, specializing in Human Resources.  Angelaa is extremely efficient and always smiling.  She supports the whole ACG team and is most clients first point of contact when they ring into ACG.

Charmaine Perez, Recruiter

Charmaine is a graduate of Psychology and has extensive years of recruitment experience. Having started her recruitment career in IT, she then moved on to associate positions, heavy equipment, and then automotive. Her variety of experience and passion in recruitment, not to mention her years of study in Psychology, gives her an edge in the field.

When she’s not working, she enjoys reading books, playing video games, binge watching TV series, and playing with her dogs.

Christie Abagon, Recruiter

Christie has a degree in Management Accounting, but her background is in Customer Service and Recruitment. She has experience working for multiple industries, but her passion is in Lead Sourcing in the Automotive industry.

She is driven to help ACG find the perfect candidates for our clients, and her people and time management skills are her strongest assets in achieving her goals.

To be able to lead a balanced life, Christie makes it a point to spend enough time with her child and husband, who love to go on short trips together as a family.
